Well, it's that time again. It's time to spam the world with ads to Chrono Stars.
On Referring Friends:
If you get someone to join Chrono Stars (and didn't necessarily have an ad to show for it, since you just talked to them in, say, an email or a Cbox somewhere), then just have them post here saying that they were referred by you and you'll get a splendiferous 500 Chrono.
On Advertising:
This is our ad. Use it wisely.
QUICK RULES:
If for some reason the forum you want to advertise on requires a specific format to be followed (i.e. certain information needs to be filled out), then link me to the forum and I'll do the ad myself. Some forums also require you to essentially categorize yourself by genre/focus (e.g. all Harry Potter ads are put in one board, all Digimon ads are put in another, etc), then Chrono Stars should go in a Sci-fi board. Make sure you put it in a board for original settings and not in like, Star Trek or something. The last thing I want is for people to flood the board speaking Klingon.
REWARDS FOR YOU FOOLS:
You'll get 25 Chrono per ad you do, plus a special prize for reaching or passing each of these marks:
5 ads: 200 additional Chrono.
10 ads: 400 additional Chrono.
15 ads: 600 additional Chrono.
20 ads: 800 additional Chrono.
25+ ads: 1000 additional Chrono.
You don't have to reach a number in one go! If you post three links to an ad you made on one day and make another post with two ads another day, you'll still get the prize for posting five ads. Furthermore, if you reach, say, 20 ads in one go, you'll still get the prizes for 5 ads, 10 ads, etc.

QUICK RULES:
- Use the preview button before you actually post the ad to make sure that there aren't any broken images or links. The last thing I want is for Chrono Stars to look like a noob forum because it has a stray URL tag that nobody seems to have bothered to clean up. Furthermore, be especially careful with posting on non-Proboards sites, since they often have different rules (read: programming gimmicks) about BBC (e.g. some don't let you use the list code without actually having the bullet points) or different codes altogether for posts. If you must, write your own ad using our official one as a base.
- Adhere to the rules of the forum you're posting on. If they require all ads to not have images in them, for example, then take out the image in our ad and post away. If they require all ads to actually be for Naruto forums, then don't post there.
- Don't make the ad's subject something stupid like "xXx.cHroNoSTARS!!.xXx" or "CHRONO STARS - A New Naruto RPG". Just plain "Chrono Stars - Original Sci-fi/Fantasy Forum" is fine, or just plain "Chrono Stars" if you run out of room somehow or if the forum requires there to not be descriptor tags in the thread's subject. If you think of a funny ad subject title, then use that if the forum you're posting on doesn't require the thread's subject to only be the name of the forum. ("All your ad are belong to Chrono Stars" would be pretty funny.)
- If the forum you're posting on requires their banner to be put up to advertise there like on RPG Collection, then don't post there (unless you're an admin). Drop me a line and I'll take a look at it to see if I want to advertise there.
- Don't post an ad somewhere if we already have one there. We don't allow other people to double post their ads, so it's not fair if we do it to other people.
- Link to your ads in this thread. As in, the actual ad, not just the forum you advertised on.
