Name: Sir Derpicus
Sex: Male
Age: 109
Race: Draconum
Appearance:
Sir Derpicus is a rather large draconum, spanning about thirty feet in length and fifteen in height; he clearly never ate the growth-inhibiting fruit that so many other draconums do. His scales are a rather dark green, and though he has wings, they seem to have had their growth stunted at one point, for they are far too small to sustain his large body in flight. They are also tattered around the edges.
His head, tail and feet resemble those of a platypus; his rounded head has a rather large bill, and his feet have long, webbed claws. Wherever he has fur, it's a creamy brown; he also has a beaver-like tail that he occasionally slaps on the ground for good measure. Sir Derpicus' eyes are rather small and maybe even a little beady-looking compared to the rest of his body. Still, he seems to have a very jolly look about him -- probably because his tongue is always lolling out of his mouth or because he contentedly hums to himself on a regular basis.
Personality:
This is... quite a bizarre draconum, to say the least. He seems to have been driven insane by his power and is very unstable. At times, he'll speak coherently (even if what he actually says makes little sense) and other times he sounds like he doesn't even know how to form proper sentences, loudly declaring things along the lines of "That was the Stop Bracelet of Stopping won't appear at equilibrium do rei mi. Alalalalala."
However, what remains constant, no matter what mood he appears to be in, is that Sir Derpicus is very certain of his power, and he tends to be rather generous about using it for someone else's benefit, even if he frequently makes strange requests of people. Sometimes in return for granting a wish he'll ask the would-be wisher to spin around three times and cluck like a chicken in time to a pop song. Other times he'll merely ask to have his duck-like bill be rubbed. In fact, Sir Derpicus loves having his bill rubbed, and there are rumors that say he will grant additional wishes if you rub his bill well enough. Nevertheless, Sir Derpicus never asks for items or money in return for his service. Presumably, he's too noble for that.
History:
Nobody is quite sure just where Sir Derpicus came from. According to him, he was born in 1999 AD (which stands for After Derp) on Derpday, a day that only comes once a derp and is dedicated to celebrating all forms of derp. He was raised as a squire in Castle Derp in the kingdom of Derpland, which was ruled by King Derpard IV at the time. His mentor, Sir Derpellius II, was a kind and derpy draconum who was a devout believer in Derpus Derpist, the local deity. Sir Derpellius II taught then-Squire Derpicus well, for the young Derpicus was named a Knight of Derp just twenty derps after beginning his training! Sir Derpicus then had a vision from Derpus Derpist that said he should go out into the galaxy and help those in need; in fact, grant their deepest, utmost desires. After giving him the power to grant wishes, the vision ended, and Sir Derpicus began his quest to grant the wishes of anyone who asked.
Nobody believes a word of what Sir Derpicus says.
Other Notes: Sir Derpicus is easiest to find during the last few months of the year, and he's usually on Larot III, especially when its portals are open.
