Many people come to Arplakoon in hopes of receiving a Chrono Ring from the Order -- not only will the Order freely distribute the Chrono Ring, they will also grant anyone who asks some basic equipment and spells in addition to the ring.
CHRONO RING
The Order of Arplakoon's Chrono Rings are not without their special apps; each and every Chrono Ring comes with the following apps.
Apps:
SPELLS
The Order of Arplakoon grants all four of these basic spell scrolls (which are deposited inside the Chrono Ring in order to be used) to anyone who comes to them for a Chrono Ring.
Level 1 Fireball: Conjures up a flame to singe the enemy. Element: Fire. Attack: 1
Level 1 Rockbarrage: Summons a boulder to crush the enemy. Element: Earth. Attack: 1
Level 1 Waterjet: Fires a stream of water to drown the enemy. Element: Water. Attack: 1
Level 1 Windcutter: Sends a gust of wind to knock the enemy over. Element: Air. Attack: 1
ITEMS
The Order of Arplakoon is gracious enough to give new adventurers a few items to start off with.
Healer: Restores a Chrono Ring force field or a monster's energy by just a little bit. Two uses. Quantity: 3
Bait: Draws more monsters closer when placed on the ground. One use. Quantity: 1
Repellent: Drives monsters away when sprayed on something or someone. One use. Quantity: 1
EQUIPMENT
The Order of Arplakoon will allow each new adventurer to choose two weapons of the ones offered.
Level 1 Amateur Sword: A sword that appears to be made of plastic. At least it's eco-friendly. Attack: 1
Level 1 Amateur Knuckles: Leather gloves with small spikes on the knuckles. These needles seem brittle. Attack: 1
Level 1 Amateur Staff: A wooden staff with fake-looking runes carved into it. It looks good for firewood and little else. Attack: 1
Level 1 Amateur Bow: A none-too-sturdy bow with a quiver full of arrows included. It doesn't look like it'll be good for any accurate shots. Attack: 1
Level 1 Amateur Hand-cannon: A small rusty pistol that has ammo included. Hitting things with it might be more effective than trying to fire it. Attack: 1
CHRONO RING

- Level 1 Monster Catcher: Tames and holds up to three monsters inside a Chrono Ring. It can be upgraded to hold more monsters.
- "Black Hole" Inventory: Stores items in a bottomless inventory.
- Map Display: Displays a holographic map of whatever area the user is currently on. This map can be zoomed in and even has bits of information about relevant areas in the current zone.
- SOS: Sends a distress signal to the nearest "haven point" when the user is critically injured or near death, or when activated manually. The haven point will then use the signal's coordinates to dispatch an emergency ambulance to the person in danger.
