I live on a farm on the outskirts of Newport -- frankly, I've never liked the local kannar tribes, and they've never liked me. But... even I never would have wished to injure one of their tribesmen. It was an accident! A complete accident! I wasn't even aiming for him! And now they hate me even more. I'm afraid they're going to come after me!
Deliver this package to the kannar tribe that lives by the small creek a little ways west of Newport. They're the only one there, so you'll know them when you see them. The package contains food, bottled water, blankets, and a whole bunch of other things as an apology. I... I can't go myself. I think they'll kill me on sight...
