With a huge underground subway system, it is easy to navigate this behemoth of a city, especially since the city has divided itself into residential and market districts. Locals advised tourists to be wary of the curbside stands, though -- while they may sell things at bargain prices, they don't always sell the genuine article and have the uncanny ability to avoid arrest despite their infringement of several Fol Atzo commerce laws, leading to rumors that some of them have connections to the city's government.
